The Divergent Series: Allegiant

The Divergent Series: Allegiant

Tris and Four are back leading their friends on a new adventure. Having a name like Four must make it confusing when someone asks for your name and number.

This time they want to break free of Chicago and go over the giant wall surrounding the city. They go on about how difficult it will be quite a lot and to be honest i think they built it up too much.

Once over they were met by a wasteland as far as the eye could see. They argued about what happened, Tris said ‘nuclear?’ And Four responded ‘Fallout’ and she said ‘no at times like this we need to get along’.

They think no one's out there and then there’s a plot twist and they find an invisible wall!! That came out of nowhere.

They are then greeted by the Bureau of Genetic Welfare, headed by David (Jeff Daniels). He informs them that they have been part of an experiment and that everyone in Chicago has bad genes. I think, after all they have just been through, it was a bit mean to have a go at their fashion sense.

David's motives are soon questioned after a mission to rescue some children from a place called the Fringe, which is a good name for it because it did start to get quite hairy.

I give this movie 6 marks(immons) out of 10.
